Our aim is to dive compassionately into the rabbit holes of wellness, sort through what's there, and build an organized library of AI-fueled resources across all domains of life: emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, cognitive, and physical. We don't want to just stop at the doorstep of personal happiness. We want to use AI to solve the world's biggest problems: hunger, inequity, conflict, homelessness, climate change, and the misuse of technology, to name just some of our most pressing challenges. The fully online MAPP program at PCOM teaches practical skills in motivational interviewing, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and group facilitation.
